Natalie is a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Viridan Group, joining the team in May 2022. Natalie specializes in connecting top candidates with clients in renewable energy and the broader realm of climate technology. Her professional journey has been shaped by a deep-rooted passion for innovative technologies particularly in carbon capture and clean hydrogen development. The passion was ignited during her time at the University of Michigan studying sustainable business and resource management and conducting academic research for journals/federal grants in the carbon capture space.
Beyond contributing to positive changes in the energy sector, Natalie is dedicated to shifting the paradigm of overconsumption in our society. She is highly interested in implementing sustainable living practices, particularly in relation to the food system. Volunteering at a local nonprofit, she educates children on sustainable eating practices.
Natalie happily lives in New York where she loves to explore the city with her furry companion, Poppy.
