Antonia Thompson-Riley joined Viridian Group in June 2023 as our HR & People Coordinator, spearheading the expansion into E-mobility and EV sectors. Beginning her career in recruitment, she has nearly three years of experience hiring for E-mobility, Cleantech, and Energy industries. She now applies this expertise to lead Operations, Learning & Development (L&D), and HR initiatives.
Antonia excels in developing HR strategies, optimizing operational processes, and enhancing employee development programs. Her diverse background in operations, marketing, and technical roles provides her with a comprehensive understanding of industry nuances, enabling her to drive organizational growth and transformation. Her strategic approach and communication skills make her a vital asset to our team.
Outside of work, Antonia enjoys spending time with family, exploring trendy brunch spots, indulging in retail therapy, and watching reality TV, embodying a perfect blend of professionalism and vibrant personal interests.
