Matt Nichols
Matt has nearly a decade's experience in recruitment and came from an education and legal background — utilizing his law degree from Birmingham University — before moving into the renewables space.
Having moved to Boston in early 2022, Matt has built up the Northeast office. He leads teams specializing in head-hunting across the life cycle of renewables projects, including Finance, Development, Engineering, and Construction.
Matt works closely with market leaders and growing companies on retained and exclusive searches across solar, wind, and energy storage.
Matt can be found with either a rugby or "soccer" ball and exploring new states across America when he's not supporting the transition to clean energy.
