Harshil joined the Austin office of Viridan Group in 2024 as a Principal Consultant, bringing a wealth of industry expertise in Origination and Mergers & Acquisitions from both Independent Power Producers (IPPs) and Utility environments. He holds both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Finance from the University of Houston.

With over five years of experience in the energy sector, Harshil is dedicated to providing exceptional consultancy services to clients and candidates alike. Prior to joining Viridan Group, he served as an Origination and M&A Associate at Leeward Renewable Energy, where he successfully secured offtake Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) with Utility and Commercial & Industrial (C&I) clients across all major Independent System Operators (ISOs).

Outside of his professional endeavors, Harshil is a passionate football fan, supporting the Seattle Seahawks from Texas. He is also an avid hiker, continually seeking new trails to explore.
