Haley Ford

Recruitment Consultant 

Haley is a Recruitment Consultant, who joined Viridan Group in February of 2024, as part of the Austin office. She has a blended background in recruiting, marketing, and business development.

Haley is in her 3rd year of recruiting and has filled various roles across multiple industries. She’s excited to be joining Viridan and helping advance the movement toward building a cleaner, and more sustainable earth. She now focuses on legal recruiting within the Renewable Energy space.

Haley was born and raised in Texas. She is originally from San Antonio, and has been in Austin for the past 8 years. She attended the University of Texas at Austin and received a Bachelor of Arts in English. When she’s not working, Haley enjoys (somewhat successfully) trying out new recipes, bingeing a good TV show, and exploring her city.
